Roles and Responsibilities: - Own and manage large-scale AMS programs (L1/L2/L3 support, enhancements, upgrades). - Define and implement governance models , including SLAs, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. - Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release management).
