About this role

Pega Consultant Pega Consultant Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 8+ years of experience with Information Technology - Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for Pega PRPC applications in production.z - Strong knowledge on Pega Case management, activities, Rulesets, Flow actions, Data Transforms, Integrations etc. - Strong knowledge on application design, implementation and deployments. - Experience with Pega Guardrails and Best Practices - Manage incident, problem, and change requests as per ITIL processes. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues and propose permanent fixes. - Monitor application health, batch jobs, agents, and system performance. - Handle production deployments, hotfixes, and emergency releases. - Troubleshoot Pega rules, flows, activities, data pages, and integrations. - Analyze logs (Pega, WebSphere/WebLogic/Tomcat, DB) to diagnose issues. - Perform minor enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes. - Support case management, SLA breaches, and workbasket issues. - Assist with Pega upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities. - Support Pega environments across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD. - Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance. - Coordinate with business users, QA, infra, DB, and development teams. - Participate in on-call rotations and weekend support. - Mentor junior support team members and provide technical guidance. - Prepare and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
