The Business Process Owner (BPO) for Direct & Indirect Procurement (GBS) is accountable for the end-to-end process design, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of activities across direct and indirect procurement within the GBS operating model. This role ensures standardized, compliant, digitally enabled processes that deliver measurable value in cost, risk, supplier performance, cycle time, and stakeholder experience .
