Assistant Manager Job Description Role: Assistant Manager Location : Haps, Netherlands (On-site) Assistant Manager will focus on Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Program delivery, Client Stakeholder Management and Operations management for Capex Category in FMCG Industry, to deliver all contractual KPI's, including Savings Targets, Timely Project Delivery and Consistent project execution Quality. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Degree preferred) - 6-7 years' experience in Sourcing and Procurement of Capex category - Experienced in working with Global Teams / Clients - Business English Minimum C1, and local language as per client requirement [C1+]. CIPS,MCIPS, CPMS as an advantage - Hands-on experience in managing (e)sourcing projects across different categories - Experience in drafting sourcing plans, business case creation, sourcing execution. - Experience in project or program management, deep understanding of e-sourcing tools. - Knowledge of negotiations and contract drafting - Understanding of supplier market in the consumer goods industry - Exposure to e-procurement tools like Ketera, Ariba, Click Commerce or similar. - Experience in usage of Porters 5 forces, SWOT analysis. Key Skills: - Sourcing & Procurement Management: - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be able to Guide Team & Stakeholders. - Map Client requirements by understanding the needs of Business Users & Engineering Groups - Develop detailed Sourcing Project Charters through defining project background, objectives and strategies to be followed. - Deep knowledge of RFX processes (SOW writing, quoting matrix, technical and commercial evaluation, suppliers' interaction etc.) - Drive effectively a team, assigning responsibilities and setting project goals. - SME
