We are seeking a self-starting, motivated, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support recruiting operations, sourcing, and people programs. This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in building a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition while supporting a fast-paced hiring environment. The position emphasizes delivering a compliant, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is based in Aliso Viejo, CA and requires working onsite at least three days per week. Key Responsibilities Recruiting and Sourcing Support - Assist with sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other tools - Support candidate outreach and pipeline management Interview Coordination and Hiring Manager Support - Schedule interviews and manage calendars across multiple stakeholders - Support recruitment kickoff meetings with hiring managers - Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers ATS and Recruiting Operations - Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring stages in the ATS - Support
