We're seeking a Software Technical Test Lead to be responsible for and lead our Automotive Radar Software verification process. This role will be crucial as we move from external test operations to an entirely in-house approach. You will define and execute our software verification strategy, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 ASIL B and Automotive SPICE 4.0 CL2. You'll work closely with engineering teams and customers to validate safety-critical and functional software components, including low-level drivers and communication stacks. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive test automation, CI/CD integration, and performance/stress testing efforts. Key Responsibilities - Own and lead embedded software verification activities from planning through execution and reporting. - Develop and enforce verification strategies, guidelines, and safety compliance procedures. - Lead and mentor the software verification team across component, integration, and system-level testing. - Ensure verification of safety requirements in accordance with ISO 26262
