We are seeking a Senior RF Design Engineer to design and integrate advanced RF/mmWave IP and ICs for high-frequency radar applications. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to complex product developments, and help bring innovative solutions to market. The ideal candidate has strong experience in mmWave IC design and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop integrated high-frequency RF/mmWave circuits for radar applications - Develop and optimize circuits operating in the 24 GHz, 60 GHz, 77 GHz, and up to 120 GHz frequency ranges - Design and integrate RF/mmWave IPs and ICs for advanced radar systems - Perform system- and transistor-level design, simulation, and verification - Collaborate with system architects, layout engineers, and validation teams to ensure performance and manufacturability - Support lab validation, silicon bring-up, and performance characterization - Contribute to design reviews and
