The Customer Quality Engineer is part of the indie Quality team and serves as a key customer-facing technical interface for issue investigation, containment, and resolution. The role supports customers during engineering bring-up, production ramp, 0km, factory, and warranty-related issues, with strong interaction across Applications Engineering, Firmware, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Failure Analysis, and Quality. The role is responsible for improving the customer quality experience by combining technical debugging capabilities with structured quality problem-solving methods, including containment, failure analysis coordination, 8D reporting, PPAP support, and customer quality requirement management. Job Responsibilities: - Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers during the investigation of engineering, factory, 0km, and warranty failures. - Support first-level technical debugging of customer issues, including system/application behavior, firmware configuration, register settings, test conditions, logs, and customer use cases. - Work closely with Applications Engineering, Firmware, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Design, Failure Analysis, and suppliers to reproduce
