US Growth Strategy Manager United States of America - Irvine, California Job Summary: The US Growth Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding iHerb's brand presence in the United States. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, US Growth Strategy , this individual will serve as a key execution lead, translating high-level market strategies into actionable tactical plans to drive ecommerce growth. We are looking for a data-driven "doer" with a "full-stack" marketing mindset who can bridge the gap between strategic insights and operational excellence. This role is essential for knocking down internal and external barriers to help iHerb "crack the code" on the highly competitive US health and wellness landscape. Job Expectations: Strategic Execution & Insight Activation - Translate Strategy to Action: Work closely with the Senior Director to turn the overarching US market and brand strategy into detailed, executable roadmaps and go-to-market plans. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Perform in-depth analysis of US consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities to identify "white-space" opportunities and actionable growth levers. - KPI Management: Own the tracking and reporting of US-specific KPIs, providing regular performance updates and proactively developing action plans to address challenges or capitalize on new trends (e.g., AOV, Repeat Purchase Rate, CAC), - Budget & Forecast Support: Assist in managing the US market budget, ensuring initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with forecasted revenue goals. Cross-Functional Tactical Leadership - Operational Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for global marketing teams (Paid Media, Social, Influencer, CRM)
