You will move the team from a "task-driven" unit to a "mission-driven" powerhouse, overseeing the development and optimization of our native iOS and Android applications. You will be responsible for a team of approximately 30 engineers through a "manager of managers" structure, ensuring that our mobile platforms deliver elite-level customer experiences, performance, and stability for our global e-commerce audience. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Growth - Team Evolution: Directly manage and mentor 2-3 Engineering Managers; cultivate a high-performing, autonomous culture focused on ownership, continuous learning, and digital fluency. - Talent Strategy: Lead talent and succession planning, identifying internal high-potentials and utilizing strategic global sourcing to ensure team resilience. - Culture Reshaping: Reset the organization's culture from "executing tickets" to "owning outcomes," fostering a mission-driven mindset that eliminates cross-functional friction.
