Regional HR Lead - MENA Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Remote / Home Office Job Summary: As our Regional HR Lead - MENA, you will primarily focus on providing support onsite to our employees in the MENA region and will partner with the HR team in the U.S. on processes and projects. This role will be one of the early stage hires in the MENA headquarters for iHerb located in Dubai. This role will work closely with other HR Business Partners on employee relations issues, performance management, onboarding and offboarding practices, team member development, and retention. In this role, you will manage and drive HR operations within Workday, ensure strict adherence to UAE labor compliance, and provide strategic HR guidance to local managers. Job Expectations: - Act as the central point of contact for the Dubai office providing multidisciplinary support: HR, policy/procedures, administrative, first-line IT, and general office inquiries from outside parties (visitors, delivery, mail, vendors, etc.) - Answer employee HR requests and questions or redirect correspondence to the appropriate contact on the team - Assist with new employee onboarding hiring processes, including new hire paperwork, review I-9s, and process E-Verify within timelines - Liaise with managers, other departments, and/or functions (payroll, benefits, IT, etc.) as needed for onboarding/exiting - Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation; - Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries; - Support performance management activities, working closely with department managers and supervisors to support our Pay for
