You will own the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure, ensuring alignment with national digital agendas and Cisco's portfolio. Your role is pivotal in building trusted C-suite relationships and orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, integrated solutions that address critical public service challenges. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets, expanding Cisco's footprint within the UAE public sector. • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor aligned with government digital transformation goals and regulatory requirements. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate internal teams (engineering, services, partners) to deliver end-to-end solutions tailored to public sector needs. • Contract Negotiation: Manage complex contract negotiations and oversee the full sales cycle to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, policy changes, and procurement processes to proactively position Cisco as the preferred technology partner. • Partner Ecosystem Development: Collaborate with partners to build a robust ecosystem that supports government procurement and project execution. • Sales Tools Utilization: Leverage Cisco's technology stack and AI-driven sales tools to enhance sales efficiency and pipeline accuracy.
