Role Overview: IEX is looking for an experienced Finance professional to join the team as an FP&A Associate. This person will be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with IEX's Head of Finance and FP&A Manager. Responsibilities will include the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, running various financial models, analyzing financial results and presenting the findings to management. This individual will have an eye towards continuous improvement, leveraging technology or other solutions to automate and scale our processes as they exist today. The right person for this role will have a successful technical and analytical background and be a strong self-starter with a proven work ethic.
