The Legal Team Join a team that touches all parts of IEX's innovative and growing business! Commercial Counsel IEX is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will be reporting directly to our Associate General Counsel and will act as a key resource and primary point of contact for our business teams, with a primary focus on commercial contracting and employment-related matters. You should have experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, handling employment matters, providing business focused advice directly to business teams, and exercising strong judgment with a high level of integrity. You will play a central role in supporting day-to-day operations. This job is a hybrid role located in the New York office.
