This role is best suited for a seasoned individual contributor with a strong area of specialization who can work with limited direction, independently lead technical workstreams, solve problems of diverse scope, and deliver high-quality client-ready analysis. The Senior Energy Consultant will contribute to complex analytical and consulting assignments related to DSM programs, flexible load management, distributed energy resources, decarbonization, and utility planning. This person will combine technical depth, sound judgment, client communication, and practical project execution skills while helping strengthen team capability and delivery quality.
