In this role, you'll apply your residential energy efficiency expertise to review audit quality, verify field work, and help customers and contractors understand program requirements. What you will be doing: Conduct QA/QC reviews of residential energy audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Complete field inspections to verify proper installation of energy‑saving measures. Support contractors with technical guidance and help resolve installation or documentation issues. Assist customers by explaining audit results, recommended measures, and available incentives. Review audit data and reports to confirm quality and identify improvements. Help onboard and monitor contractors to maintain high program standards. Work with inspectors, contractors, and internal teams to address issues and confirm corrective actions.
