About this role

Global Benefits - Analyst Greenwich, Connecticut, United States About the Role iCapital is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the Human Resources team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Total Rewards and People Partners, this role will primarily assist in the administration and day-to-day operations of health and welfare benefit programs for North America. As part of the Total Rewards team, this individual will help support the company's health plans (medical, dental, vision), welfare programs (AD&D, STD, LTD), and well-being initiatives for employees in the United States and Canada. The role will focus on ensuring accurate processing, responding to employee inquiries, supporting open enrollment activities, and maintaining strong operational coordination across vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and service-focused, with an interest in benefits and employee experience. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build foundational experience in Total Rewards. Responsibilities - Support the administration of benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave programs. - Assist with open enrollment and renewal processes, including audit support, data validation, and employee communications. - Respond to employee benefit inquiries and provide guidance on plan features, enrollment, and claims processes. - Help coordinate new hire benefit onboarding and orientation materials. - Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS systems, including enrollments, life event changes, and terminations. - Process and track employee status changes and eligibility updates with internal systems and vendors. - Support leave of absence administration, including tracking, documentation,
