Corporate Safety Lead - Associate / Assistant Vice President Greenwich, Connecticut, United States About the Role iCapital is seeking a Corporate Safety Lead Associate or Assistant Vice President to support and advance the firm's global physical security program, with a secondary focus on business resilience. Reporting to the Vice President of Safety and Business Resilience, this role is responsible for executing physical security standards, managing security technologies, and ensuring consistent site operations across the firm's global footprint. This is a hands-on, operational and technical role focused on access control, security systems, guard force oversight, governance, and incident response. The Lead will translate risk requirements into practical controls and procedures, partnering cross-functionally with the Facilities, Workplace, IT, HR, and regional teams to drive consistent execution and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational delivery in a complex environment, while supporting resilience planning, preparedness activities, and exercises that protect employees, facilities, and critical business operations. Responsibilities - Support execution of the firm's global corporate safety and physical security program, ensuring consistent implementation of standards, governance processes, and operating procedures across all locations. - Develop and maintain program documentation including policies, SOPs, audit frameworks, reporting, and continuous improvement processes. - Lead physical security systems and technology standards (i.e. access control, CCTV, alarms, monitoring), including system deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management. - Partner with the IT and Facilities teams to manage vendors, track performance, and ensure SLA adherence; support technical requirements for new office builds and
