About this role
Corporate Development and Strategy - Vice President / Senior Vice President New York, New York, United States About the Role iCapital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President or Senior Vice President to join the Corporate Development and Strategy team. This role will be instrumental in driving iCapital's long-term growth across the wealth and alternatives ecosystem by leading the evaluation, planning, and execution of both organic and inorganic strategic initiatives. This individual will work directly with senior leadership across the organization and will help shape iCapital's strategic direction and provide leverage by driving cross‑functional alignment, accountability, and momentum to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives. Responsibilities - Conduct in-depth strategic research, synthesize findings, and present actionable recommendations on new business opportunities to senior leadership. - Lead rigorous, data-driven analysis (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform and shape Corporate Development and Strategy recommendations. - Incorporate approved AI and automation tools into day‑to‑day workflows to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of strategic analysis, diligence, and execution. - Source and evaluate strategic opportunities proactively, including partnerships, minority investments, and selective acquisitions aligned with the company's long-term goals. - Lead key aspects of the due diligence process for select strategic transactions, managing multiple workstreams to ensure thorough analysis and informed decision-making. - Work closely with external counterparties and internal stakeholders to advance strategic opportunities from initial evaluation through transaction or partnership execution. - Foster a center of excellence for external market research, competitive intelligence, industry trends, and potential partnership or acquisition opportunities
