ABOUT THE ROLE Hut 8 is hiring a Commercial Manager to strengthen commercial oversight across its EPC team and data center portfolio. Reporting to the Project Director, this role will own contracts, cost control, change management, and commercial risk as projects advance from design, to early civil phases, and through construction and commissioning. This is a key role for an experienced commercial professional who wants to operate on the Owner's side of large-scale data center development. Key Responsibilities - Manage commercial aspects of EPC projects, including prime contracts with major contractors and subcontractors. - Lead change order evaluation, negotiation, and processing from the Owner's perspective. - Oversee cost forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and cash flow projections. - Drive RFI and claims management processes, ensuring timely and favorable resolutions. - Support procurement and supply chain oversight, particularly for long-lead equipment and Owner-furnished items.
