What you'll own Build and lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the Energy Origination team, attracting highly specialized talent in the energy, power, and infrastructure sectors, including power developers, energy analysts, land and permitting specialists, and project finance professionals. You'll own the full search lifecycle, and your added value starts before the hiring need comes to you: understanding where the business is going, mapping the talent market ahead of need, and building the relationships that make hard-to-fill roles a success. You'll partner closely with Hut 8's Energy Origination leadership team, becoming fluent in the market they operate in and be a trusted partner to bring them the talent required to scale the business.
