ABOUT THE ROLE: We're seeking a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of features in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment, often using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution for features that empower IT professionals to organize, secure, and streamline their documentation. You'll bridge customer needs, business goals, and our engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a best-in-class platform known for its rapid innovation, deep integrations, and user-loved experience. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Defining Product Vision and Strategy: Shape the product vision for Hudu's core areas (e.g., asset management, password vaults, knowledge bases, processes, integrations with PSAs/RMMs like ConnectWise, HaloPSA, NinjaOne). - Customer and Market Research: Engage directly with MSPs, IT teams, and users through interviews, feedback analysis, community forums, and support data to uncover pain points in IT documentation and operations. - Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap, balancing quick
