Revenue Accountant - St. Louis, MO St Louis, MO Job Overview The Revenue Accountant will support accurate and compliant revenue and cost accounting with a strong emphasis on SAP processes, month-end close execution, and SOX-controlled activities. This role is hands-on and operational, supporting recurring revenue activities, detailed reconciliations, and issue resolution while partnering closely with Technical Accounting on complex revenue matters and process improvement initiatives. #LI-KA1 A Day In The Life Perform month-end close routines, including preparing journal entries and preparing account reconciliations in Blackline Perform SOX controls as assigned and assist with internal and external control audits Ensure compliance with existing company policies and procedures Assess proper accounting treatment in accordance with GAAP Provides research, analysis and support for other tasks, as requested Partner with customer service and other functions to meet operational and compliance objectives for the Order to Cash cycle Participating in process improvement initiatives focused on close efficiency, error reduction, and automation Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis as assigned by Technical Accounting What will help you thrive in this role? Bachelor's degree in accounting 2 - 5 years of accounting, auditing and related experience is preferred Experience with SAP (revenue/AR subledger), BlackLine, and SOX environments preferred.
