Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire project life cycle, from meticulous planning and execution to vigilant monitoring. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring the successful execution of supply chain projects, which will directly contribute to heightened operational efficiency, streamlined processes, and cost optimization. Your strategic oversight and successful execution of projects will be a catalyst for continuous improvement, fostering a culture that adapts and thrives in a dynamic market. You will report directly to our Sr Director Program Management, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Align supply chain projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring that project objectives contribute directly to the achievement of broader business goals. Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases. Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays. Proactive communication with suppliers, ISC leadership and Internal customers. Handle ambiguity on timelines and changes with priorities Ensure schedule adherence to IMS schedules Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management. High School Diploma or GED Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement,
