Leads the business-side transformation organization (Process Owners, Functional Leads, Change Network). Drives business readiness and adoption across functions, sites, and regions. Owns the business case and ensures delivery of cost, efficiency, and performance targets. Represents the business in governance forums, enabling timely decision-making and risk management.
