This position requires experience in the Software Engineering discipline and understanding of Anthem product line. In this role, the primary responsibility will be to execute in the design and development of software/system requirements for ANTHEM. Your scope of work will involve driving and implementing Anthem product goals and objectives in the NGA CoE. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, you will influence software design directions and methodology developments. Join us and design the world's most advanced avionics within Honeywell's newest flagship ANTHEM Next Generation Avionics where we have an immediate need for a top performing Advanced Software Engineer to be part of our elite team of engineers developing the DCS system. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: The responsibilities, skills and duties for this role include Technical knowledge in embedded requirements, design, architecture, development, testing and Lean/Agile program execution. Domain knowledge of Data link functionality Working knowledge on HW benches. Provide investigation support for development issues. Be seen as a problem solver. Lead or assist in FCI process, SDR, PDR and verification & validation activities. Leverage advanced tools and simulation techniques to deliver high impact business results Able to work with a diverse group of team members who could be geographically distributed Drives
