As a Lead Project Engineer, you will be part of our Engine Controls team driving programmatic and technical excellence for our New Product Development (NPD) Programs for the Engine and Fluid Controls portfolio within the Controls Systems SBU. You will be integral in the leadership of New Product and New Business Development for pneumatic mechanical and electro-mechanical technologies spanning Engine Control, Air and Thermal Valves, and Air Turbine Start Systems leveraged across commercial and defense platforms. You will be involved as a project, product, or system engineering leader for NPD product life cycle, from the planning and concept phases through equipment or system verification and early production support. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical leadership for the Engine Controls Valves and Start System Product Portfolio Project leadership, management of performance and execution Internal/External Customer technical communication and relationship management Technical problem solving/Root cause analysis Proposal development support including the creation of engineering basis of estimates and technical volumes, knowledgeable of requirements,
