Lead Engineering Associate II Minneapolis, MN, United States Lead Engineering Associate II Minneapolis, MN, United States (On-site) Job Description As a Lead Engineering Associate II here at Honeywell, you will take a pivotal role in supporting engineering projects and initiatives, contributing technical expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution of engineering projects that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction, helping Honeywell maintain its leadership in aerospace technology. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support engineering projects by applying technical knowledge and problem-solving skills Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports to ensure project compliance and quality Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within aerospace or related industries Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design processes, and product development lifecycle Proficiency with CAD software such as CATIA or SolidWorks, and
