Manager, Talent Experience Houston, Texas, United States Summary: The Manager, Talent Experience will lead a team of Talent Experience Partners to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes by driving sourcing strategies, managing recruitment workflows, and ensuring accountability to key metrics. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to align talent strategies with organizational goals and deliver a seamless candidate experience, from intake to preboarding. Additionally, the Manager will optimize recruitment operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the company's long-term talent needs. Your Day-to-Day: - Lead and develop a team of Talent Experience Partners to deliver exceptional recruitment and hiring outcomes. - Oversee the requisition intake process, ensuring alignment with ideal candidate criteria and business needs. - Drive sourcing and outreach efforts, including leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking to attract diverse and qualified talent. - Manage recruitment workflows, including requisitions, job postings, and candidate tracking in the ATS (Greenhouse). - Conduct and oversee initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment using tools like Brighthire. - Coordinate and optimize interview scheduling and collaboration between candidates and stakeholders. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and quality of hire, ensuring accountability to KPIs. - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on role requirements, hiring goals, and progress updates. - Lead the offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and closure, while ensuring candidates have a smooth preboarding experience. - Develop and implement talent strategies and recruitment operations that drive efficiency,
