Role Overview We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help convert high-volume inbound interest into qualified pipeline and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, moves quickly, communicates clearly, and enjoys engaging directly with prospective customers. You will serve as an important first point of contact for inbound leads - helping prospects understand Higgsfield's capabilities, qualify opportunities, coordinate next steps, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the early sales process. This role works closely with Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams and is highly execution-oriented. Key Responsibilities - Manage and respond to inbound leads across enterprise, growth, and creator segments - Conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations with prospective customers - Educate prospects on Higgsfield's products, capabilities, and use cases - Identify decision makers, business needs, timelines, and expansion opportunities - Coordinate and schedule follow-up conversations, demos, and product discussions - Maintain organized CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline tracking - Partner closely with leadership and product teams to surface customer insights and feedback - Support inbound conversion efforts across multiple global time zones - Help drive pipeline progression from initial inquiry through closed revenue Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications - 1-4 years of experience
