Someone who enjoys digging into data, fixing inefficiencies, creating scalable processes, understanding how the business truly works, and building the operational backbone that allows the company to run faster and more accurately. This is a BizOps role for someone who wants to: - Understand the business end-to-end - Build processes that work - Automate wherever possible - Bring clarity and accuracy to financial and operational data - Partner with all functions, systems, and leadership to make operations seamless You'll work directly with the VP of Finance, and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, drive data-driven decision making, and build scalable systems and processes.
