About this role
Production Supervisor Los Angeles, CA At Heart Aerospace we develop the ES-30, a regional hybrid-electric airplane with a capacity of 30 passengers, an electric zero-emission range of 200 km and an extended hybrid range of 400 km. Heart is targeting type certification of the ES-30 by the end of the decade. Your mission As an innovative aerospace company entering production, we are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and shape the foundation of our manufacturing operations. You'll be the first in this critical role, with the opportunity to influence everything from layout design to process systems, ensuring a world-class operation from day one. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead the planning, setup, and daily execution of aircraft production. This is a unique opportunity to build a manufacturing floor and team from scratch. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and leadership to ensure the factory is optimized for efficiency, quality, and scalability. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited by the challenges of revolutionizing the aerospace industry. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Factory Setup & Planning - Lead the design and layout of the new production floor, including work cells, flow, and equipment placement. - Evaluate, recommend, and coordinate procurement of production machinery and tooling. - Develop and implement tool control systems, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures. - Participate in the selection and setup of an MRP/ERP system, with a focus
