Quality Coordinator (Haskell, TX) Haskell, TX 79521, USA Quality Coordinator (Haskell, TX) Haskell, TX 79521, USA Posted Thursday, April 2, 2026 SUMMARY The Construction Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Manager in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes across construction projects. They shall implement Haydon's Quality Management Plans (QMP's) and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability on every job site. This role ensures that construction activities comply with contract documents, project specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards. The coordinator acts as a key liaison between field operations, project management, subcontractors, and inspectors to promote consistent quality performance throughout all phases of construction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Assist the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining the Site Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) for the project. Conduct field inspections and audits to verify work conforms to approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards. Conduct regular site quality inspections and document findings. Verify that inspection and testing activities are performed according to project requirements. Support the tracking and closure of nonconformance reports (Observations), deficiencies, and punch list items and track corrective actions to resolution Monitor subcontractor and vendor quality processes; assist in pre-installation meetings and quality checklists. Project Quality Oversight Prepare and maintain accurate and organized quality records, including inspection reports, test results, certifications, and quality logs. Assist in preparation and tracking of quality reports for internal management and client review. Ensure document control
