In collaboration with the C-Suite and Executive Leadership Team, the CRO drives the company's ability to consistently identify, pursue, and secure profitable work aligned with Haydon's strategic vision. This role is critical to accelerating growth-particularly within the Building Division-while strengthening Haydon's market position across key sectors. The CRO integrates Strategic Growth and Marketing into a unified, high-performing revenue engine. This leader ensures that client relationships, market strategy, pricing, and execution capabilities are aligned to win work in competitive environments. Success in this role requires a leader who combines external market influence with internal alignment, building strong client relationships while driving disciplined pursuit execution and measurable backlog growth.
