About the Role You will join a dedicated R&D initiative at Harmattan AI focused on developing a wireless link module for drone-to-base station communications. As an RF Hardware Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and integrating PCBs and electrical systems in a compact, rugged form factor - ensuring reliability, low latency, and field readiness. Responsibilities - Perform the schematic design of PCBs, including component placement and routing - Oversee the physical integration of PCBs into the product, in collaboration with mechanical engineers - Address and resolve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues as they arise - Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCBs upon reception - Work closely with other R&D teams to ensure seamless coordination Candidate Requirements - Educational Background: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Strong PCB design and layout experience (Altium or equivalent) - Experience: 2-5 years in the development of electronic boards, including testing and validation - Experience with RF systems and
