About the Role We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support the deployment and continuous improvement of our quality management system (QMS) across our international entities. Working closely with the Senior Quality Engineer, you will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards, supporting audits, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Responsibilities - Quality Management System Support - Assist in the documentation and implementation of procedures and processes aligned with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards. - Participate in internal audits from start to finish (covering workstation, process, and supplier audits). - Contribute to the follow-up of non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions. - Operational Quality - Manage incoming and outgoing quality checks, including supplier and customer feedback. - Participate in the analysis of product returns and coordinate corrective actions with the technical teams. - Use quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams to identify and classify potential causes of quality issues. - Support risk reduction initiatives across production and R&D teams. -
