About the Role As a Drone System Validation Technician and Pilot , you are the backbone of our flight operations. You ensure that our fleet of autonomous drones is airworthy, updated, and ready for deployment at a moment's notice. You will manage the validation lab and support engineers during complex field campaigns. Responsibilities - Fleet Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on the drone fleet (soldering, mechanical assembly, part replacement). - Flight Operations: Pilot drones during test campaigns and act as the safety operator. - Logistics: Manage inventory of spare parts, batteries, and field equipment; organize transport for test campaigns. - Test Execution: Execute standard test protocols (checklists) and report results to the engineering team. - Lab Management: Keep the workshop organized, safe, and fully stocked.
