About the Role As Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead and scale our technical hiring function, partnering closely with founders and hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across engineering, product, data, and operations teams. You'll own recruiting strategy, drive hiring excellence, and build the processes, systems, and talent pipelines needed to support rapid company growth. What You'll Do - Lead the end-to-end recruiting function for technical and business-critical roles - Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with company growth objectives - Partner closely with founders and hiring managers on workforce planning, role definition, and hiring priorities - Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and employer branding initiatives - Establish structured interview processes, scorecards, and hiring best practices to improve decision quality
