Learn more about our vision in our manifesto. Role Overview We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team. This person will own meaningful parts of the product and infrastructure end-to-end. We're looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity, care deeply about craft, and want real ownership over what they create. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of professional experience - Strong backend engineering experience, with a focus on building scalable systems - Experience with Go or a strong willingness to work in Go in production - Solid understanding of system design, APIs, data modeling, and service reliability - Product-oriented mindset and comfort making tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment - Experience operating and maintaining production services What You'll Do - Design, build, and operate backend services
