Learn more about our vision in our manifesto. About the Role We're looking for a GTM Recruiting Manager to build and scale the teams that drive revenue and growth. You'll partner directly with founders and business leaders to hire exceptional talent across Growth, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and other Go-to-Market functions. Growth hiring will be a core focus of this role, including ownership of hiring across Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Growth Operations, and other growth-driving functions. You'll also lead recruiting efforts across the broader GTM organization while building the systems, processes, and team needed to support rapid company growth.
