About the Role As GTM Recruiter , you'll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across our Go-to-Market teams. Growth hiring will be a core focus, including roles across Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. What You'll Do - Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from sourcing to close - Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality GTM and Growth candidates - Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards - Craft great candidate experiences, from first touch to offer - Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels - Contribute to scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale - Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and
