Overview We are looking to recruit an experienced Software Development Team Lead. Reporting to the Delivery Manager and working closely with the Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers and testers to develop one or more of our suites of applications in a multi-year roadmap. Job Duties Lead the team to deliver new products, features, and hotfixes iteratively using an Agile methodology working with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, and QAs Working with the architects and other developers, provide technical input to the Product Owner. Act as first point of escalation to ensure impediments are removed and team maintains development velocity and achieves committed sprint goals.
