The Enterprise Dashboards team builds the experiences that help customers turn complex, high-volume data into clear, actionable dashboards and reports across Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Enterprise Cloud. Our work helps the customers monitor systems, share insights, and make faster decisions across their organizations. You will join a collaborative, product-focused team of engineers who partner closely with design and product management to deliver intuitive, scalable user experiences. What makes this team especially exciting is the opportunity to shape customer-facing experiences used by leading enterprises while solving complex, data-rich problems with modern technologies. Your Impact Build intuitive, scalable dashboard experiences that help customers analyze data, monitor operations, and act on insights more quickly. Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, accessible, and user-centered solutions guided by Cisco's Design Thinking principles. Lead features from technical design through implementation, testing, and production support to improve the quality and usability of Splunk's dashboarding experience. Debug complex issues in development and production environments to improve reliability, performance, and customer outcomes. Mentor junior teammates through code
