Job Duties Under broad direction, coordinates the failure investigations in Operations and Repair & Maintenance (R&M). Pro-actively implements solutions based on data from failure and trend analysis to mitigate repeat failures. Upon closure of failure investigations, creates and distributes customer failure reports and communicates best practices. Reviews and resolves gaps between local processes and Halliburton Management System (HMS) Standards. Updates and maintains district & global Service Quality (SQ) databases to ensure metrics are accurate for reporting purposes. Provides SQ leadership to the local operation team by reporting SQ statistics and improvement opportunities. Prepares and presents customer SQ Reviews. Visits field and shop locations to review performance issues, identify knowledge gaps, and propose SQ improvement solutions. Arranges, participates and monitors local SQ audits and occasional vendor audits. Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience. Qualifications “Candidates having qualific
