About the role The Accounting Manager will own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and compliance processes across US, UK, and India entities. They will oversee account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies. What you will do India Payroll Processing and Accounting - Process monthly Payroll in Greythr (Payroll Management System) and ensure accurate statutory deductions (PF, Income Tax, other deductions). - Maintain Salary Registers and Bank Disbursements. - Payroll Accounting in NetSuite. - Manage Commission and Bonus Accruals. - Manage Payroll Compliance - TDS/ PF/ PT payments, TDS/ PF/ PT Returns. - Manage Benefit Accruals like Gratuity. - Prepare Payroll Reconciliations between BambooHR (HRIS), GreytHR and NetSuite to ensure accuracy of gross-to-net calculations. - Coordinate with
