As a Post Closing/Shipping Specialist, you will ensure the accurate and timely completion of post-closing activities, including the delivery of loan files to investors and ensuring compliance with all requirements. Responsibilities • Review and verify closed loan files for completeness and accuracy.• Prepare and deliver loan files to investors.• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and investor guidelines.• Resolve any post-closing issues or deficiencies.• Maintain accurate records of post-closing activities.• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
