For more information, please visit grail.com GRAIL's Legal Organization is seeking a dynamic, collaborative Senior Staff Counsel, Commercial Transactions to join the Corporate Transactions team with a strong focus on Commercial partnerships and commercial contracting. This role will support GRAIL's commercial organization-including Providers, Health Systems, Strategic Growth Accounts, Market Access, Payers, and Commercial Operations. This position requires substantial experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements typical of the life sciences and diagnostics industry, as well as experience advising clients on commercial strategy, customer-facing engagements, go-to-market initiatives, vendor transactions, and risk mitigation.
