About this role

Plant Supervisor Selangor Supervise and lead operators in the daily operation and maintenance of the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Ensure all plant operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with SOPs and DOE requirements. Monitor plant performance, equipment condition, and treatment process efficiency. Plan and oversee maintenance, servicing, calibration, and repair activities for plant equipment and instruments. Review and ensure proper updating of operational records, chemical consumption, testing results, and service reports. Monitor sludge handling, chemical usage, housekeeping, and overall site conditions. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, GMP practices, and company policies. Report abnormalities, breakdowns, and operational issues to management and coordinate corrective actions. Coordinate manpower, shift handovers, and daily work assignments for site operators. Support meetings, audits, inspections, and training activities when required. Ensure effective communication between site personnel, management, and clients. Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior or management.
