Job Overview The Legal Counsel will be an integral member of the Gradiant Group Legal, Compliance and Commercial Team (“Group Legal Team”) and will be expected to support the Group Legal Team's provision of legal support to the Gradiant Group of Companies (the “Group”) in all aspects of operations in India. This role will be based in Chennai, India, and the candidate will directly report to and work with Head - Legal, India. The candidate must have good contract review skills and have an understanding of contractual and commercial risks. The role will involve working with various internal stakeholders and business teams and providing day‑to‑day legal support as part of the Group Legal Team.
