Your role on our mission: - The perfect combination - you manage sales & customer success - from the first consultation to long-term support. - Advise & convince - You advise parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions and find suitable tutors. - Generating deals - You generate deals, get families excited about tutoring packages and successfully conclude contracts. - Build customer relationships - You strengthen customer loyalty, manage your customer base and optimize the learning experience - Upselling & referrals - You increase sales through upselling strategies and promote referrals in a targeted manner. What will you bring: - Native English language skills (C1/C2) - You communicate confidently with English-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering. - Sales mindset & initiative - You love to convince people, actively expand your customer base and set yourself ambitious goals. - Strong communication skills - you are persuasive, listen carefully, find solutions and manage to build trust. - Experience in sales (2-3 years of experience) - Have you already had your
